Completion Certificate Policy

California Online DMV Traffic Violator School

The California Department of Motor Vehicles policy states that online traffic school course completion certificates are to be processed within three (3) court business days.

Same day electronic processing of your certificate will occur when you complete your traffic school course Monday-Friday before 2pm Pacific Standard Time. Again, your certificate will be sent on the same day of completion as long as you have completed your course before 2pm Pacific Standard Time and will be sent electronically. If you complete your course after 2pm Pacific Standard Time, the certificate will be sent the next business day.

Traffic school completion certificates are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday).

Traffic school completion certificates are not processed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday). All courses completed on the weekend will be held and processed the morning of the next business day.

Certificates are submitted from our office electronically to your court for processing with the DMV.

Your court, as proof of traffic school completion, will not accept student copies of completion certificates. Only the original California Department of Motor Vehicles certificates issued by iDriveez.com will be accepted.

iDriveez.com must follow the requirements set forth by your court and the California Department of Motor Vehicles regarding where to SUBMIT your certificate of completion. There can be no exceptions.

iDriveez.com will not be responsible for incorrect information on your completion certificate if the student provided the information in error.
