User Agreement for iDrive EZ Traffic School (iDriveez.com)

By enrolling in and accessing the iDrive EZ Traffic School online course (“Course”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Certification of Personal Completion

I certify under penalty of perjury that:

  • I alone will read and complete all iDriveez.com course materials;
  • I will take all quizzes, reviews, and the final exam without any outside assistance; and
  • I will not permit any other person to complete any portion of the Course on my behalf.

I understand that if it is determined that I received outside assistance, made false statements, falsified documents, or otherwise misrepresented my identity or participation:

  • My course will be invalidated,
  • My completion certificate will not be submitted to the court or DMV,
  • No refund will be issued, and
  • I may be subject to criminal penalties, including prosecution for a felony under California law.

2. Learning Environment

I agree to take the Course in an environment that is quiet, secure, and conducive to learning, ensuring that I am able to complete all requirements without distractions or assistance.

3. Important Notice Regarding Fraud

I acknowledge that the following acts may constitute a felony under California law:

  • Soliciting or offering an iDrive EZ Traffic School completion certificate without successfully completing the Course;
  • Representing that I completed the Course when I did not;
  • Assisting another person in fraudulently obtaining a completion certificate.

I understand that all course activity may be monitored and recorded for identity verification and compliance purposes.

4. Accuracy of Course Information

While iDrive EZ strives to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, I acknowledge that:

  • The Course content is compiled from sources believed to be reliable,
  • No express or implied warranties are made regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information,
  • Laws and regulations may change at any time, and
  • The Course does not constitute legal advice.

I agree that iDrive EZ shall not be liable for damages arising from reliance on Course materials.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

I agree that:

  • I will not reproduce, copy, share, publish, or distribute any Course materials, test questions, exam content, or instructional content without prior written permission from iDriveez.com;
  • I will not permit others to access or use the Course under my account;
  • All Course content remains the exclusive intellectual property of iDrive EZ Traffic School.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Court Eligibility & User Responsibility

I understand that:

  • If I am taking this Course to mask a traffic violation, I must obtain prior approval from the court that issued my citation;
  • If I take the Course without court authorization, the DMV may still record the violation, and my driving record may be adversely affected;
  • I am solely responsible for completing the Course before my court-ordered deadline;
  • Failure to finish the Course on time may result in court penalties, reinstatement of the violation, or additional impacts to my driving record.

7. Special Notice for Commercial Driver License (CDL) Holders

If I hold a Commercial Driver License (CDL):

  • I may be eligible to complete traffic school only if the violation occurred in a non-commercial vehicle;
  • Completion of the Course does not automatically mask the point;
  • After the court and DMV have processed my completion, I must contact my local DMV Driver Safety Unit (DSU) to request masking of the point.

8. Agreement

By proceeding with the Course, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this User Agreement.
