I certify under penalty of perjury that I alone will study the iDriveez.com course materials and take the review quizzes and tests without any outside assistance. I understand that if it is determined that I have not completed iDriveez.com without outside assistance, make false statements, or present falsified documents to the court or iDriveez.com, that it may be a felony and the completion of this course will not be accepted and my fees will not be refunded. 

I agree that I will take my iDriveEZ.com course in an atmosphere that is conducive to learning.  

I agree that I have read and understand the following important notice: Any person involved in the offering of, or the soliciting for, an iDriveez.com completion certificate that does not participate in and successfully complete the iDriveez.com course may be found guilty of a felony.

While the information contained in the iDriveez.com course has been compiled from sources believed to be reliable and correct, the publisher makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in this publication nor that such use may not infringe upon privately owned rights, and does not assume any liabilities or responsibilities, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of, or for damages resulting from, the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in the publication or the accuracy of the information contained herein.

I understand that if I am taking this traffic school course to mask a traffic violation from my driving record, I must first receive permission from the court that issued my traffic citation (ticket) to take traffic school. If I take this course without prior approval from my court to attend traffic school, my driving record may be adversely affected.

I understand that once I have been granted permission to take traffic school from my court, it is my responsibility to complete my traffic school course before my court-issued traffic school due date, otherwise my driving record may be adversely affected.

Note For CDL Holders Only: If you hold a Commercial Driver License, you may be eligible to take traffic school if you were ticketed in a non-commercial vehicle. However, once your traffic school certificate of completion has been fully processed by the court and with the DMV, you will need to contact your local DMV Driver Safety Unit (DSU) in order to get the point masked from your record. You can find your local DSU at https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/driver-education-and-safety/driver-safety-offices/ and contact them.
